JOB DESCRIPTION:  Performs virtual good faith exams efficiently and professionally. Analyzes and evaluates services to institute continuous quality improvement. Ensures compliance with regulations, policies and procedures requirements. 

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:  Minimum of 1 year related experience, preferably in a Medical Spa, Plastic Surgery office, or Wellness clinic. Requires a thorough knowledge of advanced nursing practice; nursing standards of care. Compliance of policies and procedures. Command of the English language both verbal and written with strong interpersonal skills. Strong clinical skills. Strong communication skills. Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality care. A strong desire to leverage technology for the benefit of patients. Committed to always maintaining privacy and the HIPAA act with every exam and patient.

LICENSURE:  Minimum of a Registered Nurse Practitioner in good standing in multiple states.

Required License:  CA, TX   Preferred:  compact/multi state licensure.

Must be open to licensing in additional states within 90 days of hire.

SKILLS:  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as a team player. Possesses self-initiative, creativity, motivation and an excellent knowledge of technology . Possesses the ability to accept direction and works well with internal team and outside clients.

EDUCATION:  MSN or higher required.

FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS/HAZARDS:  Employee is primarily performing remote work. Employee is at some risk of injury related to ergonomic related injury.

OSHA BLOOD BORNE CATEGORY:  No exposure to blood and body fluids.

JOB SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS

• 1. Demonstrates competency in performing excellent good faith exams virtually.
• 2. Manage the day to day good faith exams virtually.
• 3. Confidently communicates with support team members any issues that may arise during exams.
• 4. Willingness to take on additional responsibilities to grow this role in the company.
